Kim Snook Service Manager
|

Kim started as a warranty Administrator and Service Advisor in 1978. She then moved to a larger Dealership as an assistant Service Manger for 15 years. In 2004 she took over as Service Manager for us here at Stocker and has recently won the prestigious Life Style Award from GM. This award is only given when a Service Manager and Team of Service Personnel achieve the highest Customer Satisfaction as well as Technical training for the Techs and Advisors. She achieved this award by being the highest in her group of 12 dealers. |

Matt started here at Stocker in 2001 as an intern and graduated from Williamsport Pennsylvania Tech with an Associate Degree in Auto Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Tech Management. |

Gus started in the automotive field in 2004 working in the sales field moved to service recently. Gus is a master certified finance manager, and certified sales manager. |

Joe has been in a Dealership for 30 years as a Service Advisor and Service Manager. He has been at Stocker since 2001 as a Service Advisor and Dispatcher. In 2008 he achieved a Certified GM Service Advisor Award. |
